User management
User management is the operation through which new users are entered into the system, old users are removed, and, in general, the entire access of users to the system is managed. Management is made through the portal of the application, which the administrator can access using the Cruiser client. There are three levels of authorization, and each user of the system belongs to exactly one of them. These levels are A, B, and C. There is also the anonymous user, who belongs to authorization level C.
The user management subsystem provides reports of all the users, ordered by access level. It also provides forms for processing all the data of a user, the addition of new users, and the deletion of existing users. The information stored about each user of the system consists of his full name, his identity card number, his access level, and the access codes (user name and password).
